CPANAutoPager 作った

だいぶ前に作った気がするが。公開するの忘れてた。
GoogleAutoPagerの移植。元ネタ1年以上前なわけだけど・・
CPANを徘徊するときに便利かも。
コードもほぼコピペ。ということでこっちもTrixieでも(あんまり検証はしてないけど)動く。
